Description:
The RS410/410T design requirements were for a cabinet that would cover any size gig, with superior projection, exceptional off axis response, fast and articulate response and even temperament with minimal eq adjustment. It had to be as light as or lighter than any other cabinet on the market. It had to be able to handle the rigors of constant touring without a road case. The RS410 surpassed all expectation
The choice of a tweeter took some time. We spent three weeks testing 13 tweeters before finding a 300 watt titanium tweeter that comes in where it should, and is smooth and natural. It requires no L-pad or adjustment. It’s just right and enhances the upper register, and doesn’t quack.
If a player wants to change it with equalization they have it at their fingertips-on their amp and on their instrument.
Often when I hear a bassists solo, I notice volume drops upon ascension the upper register of the G string. The ports are tuned and tested to insure that from your lowest note to your highest there are no changes in volume and your playing dynamics shine through.
The RS410 can give you a tight kick in the gut, or wrap you in a blanket of smooth bass warmth.
